Application Tips
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad and wipe across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow the goodness to absorb into your skin. Use at night, no more than twice a week.

How exciting!! We wish you all the best with your pregnancy. Yes, all our products are safe to use during pregnancy except the Vitamin a+c Serum (as it includes Granactive Retinoid). If you have serious concerns, we recommend talking to your GP.
It is important to keep sensitive skin with Eczema and Rosacea hydrated and moisturised. We recommend you do not use any products with active ingredients in them (in our case, the Vitamin a+c serum and the Glycolic Toner) all other products in our range however will be suitable for your skin, especially the Gel Cleanser and Face Cream as they have healing and soothing ingredients in them. If you do suffer from either Eczema or Rosacea, you may experience a slight tingling sensation on your first use. However, please note our products are made with all Natural ingredients and do not contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or Rosacea. Everyone's skin reacts differently to certain skincare products, therefore, it is best to check with your GP if you have any major concerns.

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS, NZ and USA. Shipping within Australia takes 3-5 business days. Shipping to NZ & US takes 5-10 Business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for your parcel to arrive then return the parcel back to us and once it arrives back to our warehouse we can make the required changes. Please note that $9 for the shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
